This modification concerns the exercise of options comprising 42 production radars, an initial spare kit and two preparation spare kits. The work will be performed in Linthicum Heights, Maryland and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2025. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $1,346,043,651. Aircraft purchase funds for fiscal 2023 in the amount of $99,365,970 are committed at the time of grant. Matrix Research Inc., Dayton, Ohio, has been awarded a $12,327,270 contract at cost plus fixed costs for research and development of a 3-in-1 research and development effort on multispectral sensing technologies . This contract aims to assist in the execution of sensor development, integration, experimentation and validation capabilities for enhanced lethality. Advanced Technology Systems Company, Inc., McLean, Virginia, has obtained a firm price modification of $8,625,783 (P00009) for the previously awarded contract FA8730-21-C-0015 for the System Tracking Support Case of mobile surveillance sensor security in Egypt expansion project. This contract provides for the acquisition of mission critical spares, an additional training course, and ongoing repair and return activities to support the contractor’s ongoing logistical support. The amendment brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $11,597,026 from $3,978,661. The work will be executed in Cairo, Egypt and is expected to be completed on December 31, 2023. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Egypt. FMS funds in the amount of $7,618,365.02 are committed at the time of grant. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Willow Environmental Inc., Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, has been awarded an indefinite delivery/quantity contract for up to $30,017,208 for the removal and disposal of hazardous waste. This was a competitive acquisition with four responses received. This is a 30 month base contract with a 30 month option period. Performance locations are Virginia and North Carolina, with a performance completion date of May 21, 2025. User customers include the Navy, Coast Guard, Fleet Industrial Supply Center, US Guard National Air and Army Transportation Center. Allocation type is working capital for fiscal year 2023 to 2025. MARINE

Federal Strategies LLC,* Fredericksburg, Virginia, wins $15,500,000 indefinite delivery/quantity contract for Range Managers Toolkit (RMTK) Support Services. This contract provides software maintenance, database development, technical support, integration services, feature updates and security settings for the range within the RMTK multi-service tool suite. It provides RMTK integration services and feature updates within the Marine Corps range and training area management systems. It also provides the integration of explosives training range tool, surface danger zone and weapons danger zone in a mobile environment. Work will be performed in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by April 11, 2027. Maximum dollar value is $15,500,000. No funds are committed at the time of grant. Funds will be committed to individual task orders as they are issued. Work will be performed in Syracuse, New York, and is expected to be completed by September 2023. Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (Navy) funds for fiscal year 2023 in the amount of $787,308 (47%); FY2023 other procurement funds (Navy) of $699,924 (41%); and FY2023 Operations and Maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $207,240 (12%) were committed at time of award, and funds in the amount of $207,240 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Loughmiller Machine, Tool & Design,* Loogootee, Indiana, is awarded a $10,366,400 Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to fabricate and test AN/SPS-48 Antenna System Arrays at the support from AN/SPS- Repair of the restoration of the 48E antenna and the standing radar.
